RULES AND REGULATIONS

Of course, updates will be made, and there will be a general message sent out in the cbox but in case you are not active there or have been offline for a while, it is always good to check back up on these, even if you aren't a newbie.
general rules!
- Be kind. It's really not that hard. This goes for being nice to other members, staff and even guests that may fly by into the cbox. Put it this way, if you were looking for a new site would you want to join one where you were trash talked in the chats? No thank you, let’s keep this a friendly site.
- There is no character limit, however, if the staff sees that you aren’t able to keep up with all your current characters, it will impact our decision on approving any newer ones, until we see you’ve became active again.
There is also a rule regarding Ophiuchus and mixed sign lineage characters, which is a limit to 2 per driver!
- Try not to double post, it can clutter up threads. Instead, edit your posts as you see fit! <3
- This site is rated 3-2-2.
This means that...
Swearing is generally permitted. However, the language cannot be used to severely abuse.
Sexual content is permitted. Fading to black when necessary is strongly suggested.
Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Please respect this rating, we are a very lenient site!
- Please tag your triggers! These include mental disorders, eating disorders, homophobia or transphobia, suicide, abuse of any form, gore.
NO rape will be tolerated.
- Swearing is fine, slurs are not. If the staff sees any slurs (and do not ask, you know what they are ), action will be taken. There will be no discrimination tolerated here.
- Please keep all IC posts to a minimum of 150 words. You can definitely post more.
- No godmodding or powerplay is allowed on this forum. The you not control characters that are not your own unless given permission.

Have fun! <3- AAO is LGBTQ+ Friendly, characters of any gender identity or sexual orientation are welcome to be made, and this is a safe space for any individual. Please respect pronouns, this is not optional, it is a rule. If you do not do this, action will be taken.
Chat box Rules!
- AAO is equipped with two main chatboxes: the In-Character Chatbox (ICC) and the Out-of-character chatbox (OOC chat).
Anyone is welcomed in the OOC chat, including guests. The ICC is exclusive to the AAO's characters.
- Your character(s) must at least have a WIP application for them to be participate in the ICC.
- NOTHING IS CANON IN THE IN CHARACTER CHAT! So don't panic if a character dies
- The site's 3-2-2 rating also applies to both Chatboxes.
